We recognize that true impact goes beyond the surface, which is why we focus on delivering robust support systems, transformative educational initiatives, and personalized guidance that foster holistic growth and prosperity. From offering essential support services to providing educational opportunities that unlock potential, our aim is to create lasting change from within.

DEN PROGRAMS

Through integrated youth development, economic stabilization, and workforce training services, Divine Empowerment Network engages residents and veterans through mentoring, workshops, and community based activities that promote healing, skill building, and long term opportunity. Participants are supported with job readiness and career training, violence prevention wraparound services, housing and homeownership pathways, veterans benefits navigation, and access to resources that strengthen stability and support lasting future success.

DEN LEADERSHIP

Tiffany Bennett
President & Founder

Tiffany Bennett is a dedicated leader with a profound commitment to service, armed with a distinguished military background and passion for empowering others. As a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army and retired IRS agent, Tiffany brings a unique blend of discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking to her role as the President of Divine Empowerment Network (DEN). Tiffany's academic journey includes earning degrees in Business Management and Accounting, reflecting her commitment to excellence in both organizational leadership and financial stewardship. In fact, her dedication to community service extends beyond her military and academic experiences.

In the realm of business, Tiffany has excelled as a manager and consultant for several for-profit ventures. Her ability to navigate complex business landscapes showcases her acumen for strategic decision-making and organizational development. Furthermore, she has successfully managed a real estate firm and a barber and beauty spa, demonstrating her versatility in different industries. From 2024 to 2025, DEN has secured over $2M in grant funds to help communities in need.

GRANTS WON

DEN has successfully secured and managed more than $2 million in state-funded workforce development, violence prevention, youth enrichment, and community intervention initiatives throughout Illinois. Major awards include the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Reimagine Youth Development Services (RYDS), Illinois Youth Investment Program (IYIP), and Community Youth Services (CYS), which collectively provide youth with mentorship, leadership development, employment readiness, academic support, and positive youth engagement opportunities. DEN has also been awarded funding through the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) Community-Based Violence Intervention and Prevention (CB-VIP) and the ICJIA Bullying Prevention Program, supporting evidence-based strategies that reduce violence, strengthen community safety, and improve outcomes for youth and families.
